I’m Gillian Gooch, a Broker and multi-state licensed Realtor®, passionate about guiding clients through one of life’s biggest milestones—buying or selling a home. Through Gillian Gooch Properties, I serve clients with professionalism, care, and a commitment to making the process clear and stress-free.
With advanced certifications—including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Luxury Real Estate, Military Relocation Professional, and Business Development for Investment Properties—I bring specialized expertise to each client I serve. Whether you’re purchasing your first home, searching for a vacation getaway, investing in real estate, or selling a property, I offer step-by-step guidance, strong negotiation skills, and a detail-oriented approach that ensures nothing is overlooked.
My roots run deep in Georgia. Raised in a family of service—my grandfather served in the Navy and my father in both the Air Force and police force—I carry that same dedication and respect into my work, especially when serving military families.
Before real estate, I spent 18 years as a Spanish teacher and department chair, where I developed strengths in organization, time management, and communication. These same skills allow me to keep my clients fully informed and confident throughout their journey. I also hold a master’s and specialist degree in leadership from the University of Georgia and am fluent in Spanish, giving me the ability to serve Spanish-speaking clients with ease and compassion.

My family's deep military and public service roots are a driving force behind my work. My grandfather served in the Navy, and my father devoted over 30 years to law enforcement as a police officer after serving in the Air Force. That legacy instilled in me a profound respect for those who protect and serve our communities.
As a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP), I’m honored to assist military families with their housing transitions. I also love working with our local heroes and first responders, helping them find homes that meet their needs and honor their service.
Through our nonprofit, United With Care, my family and I are committed to giving back by providing support and resources to injured, disabled, and fallen heroes and their families. It’s more than business—it’s a mission rooted in gratitude and service.
